The Lowdown:

The latest social content piece for Ulster Bank tells the story of Chris, a transgender 15-year-old and his mother Sonia, who, as a former Ulster Bank employee, found the help and resources she needed to better understand and support her child’s transition thanks to Ulster Bank’s Rainbow Network, an internal support group set up 10 years ago to help promote inclusion and diversity for the bank’s staff.
