With more and more businesses embracing ecommerce over the last 12 months, IAB Ireland in partnership with Retail Ireland/Skillnet has developed a workshop for Retail Ireland members to provide an overview of the latest digital opportunities and innovations and their role in respect of eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer experience.
The content will be delivered by IAB Ireland’s Council leads across digital audio, display, content/native, search, social and video sharing industry best practice and practitioners’ expertise in helping retail clients to maximize their return on investment.
The two-hour workshop, which takes place on Tuesday May 25 from 10am, will be a practical one-stop-shop to understand the various digital formats and how they deliver on a retailer’s objective. Presenters will also share retail case studies and actionable learnings.
According to Sean Carlin, managing director of Retail Ireland Skillnet: “The digital transformation in retail is not new, it’s been occurring gradually over the last twenty years. However, the challenges faced by retailers over the last 12months have accelerated the need for a practical understanding of the different digital platforms and how they can be utilised to grow business. The subject matter experts speaking on the May 25 will provide fantastic insights and retail case studies so retailers can make the most of the tools available to drive their business forward online”.
