The marketing agency which was formerly known as Because XM, and which is run by brothers Jonny and Paddy Davis, has rebranded as Honey+Buzz, severing its licensing arrangement Because XM in the process. Instead the new agency has joined the Tribe Global network which comprises 1,700 members in independent agencies spanning 43 cities around the world.

Honey+Buzz will continue to focus on delivering brand experiences through strategic, creative, live and digital marketing.

Clients of the agency include Heineken Ireland, Renault, HubSpot and Dyson. According to the agency, it has increased the number of full-time employees by 50% over the last six months.

According to Paddy Davis: “Our passion is getting people talking about our clients’ brands and ultimately delivering campaigns that positively move the commercial needle and effect real change for our clients. Much like the production of honey by bees we take on a complex challenge and use a variety of creative and operational skills to deliver a remarkable product.”
