Ryan Tubridy Signs on With Irish Mail on Sunday for Weekly Column

Ryan Tubridy

The former RTÉ TV and radio host Ryan Tubridy has joined The Irish Mail on Sunday as a weekly columnist.

One of Ireland’s best-known faces and voices in broadcasting, Tubridy is currently hosting a morning radio show on Virgin Radio in the UK.

The new weekly column will offer readers a view into his daily life and his unique take on living in London.

“I’m very excited about writing a diary from London for The Irish Mail on Sunday. New city, new show, new beginnings so the possibilities are endless. This weekly column means the reader can join me along the way,”  says Tubridy.

“We are delighted that Ryan will be joining the DMG family this week. Ryan is one of the most outstanding broadcasters Ireland has ever produced. The insights that he will provide into his new adventures will simply delight our audiences every week” said Paul Henderson, CEO of DMG Media Ireland.

To promote Tubridy’s new column, DMG will launch a new advertising campaign across its existing stable of media brands including The Irish Daily Mail, Extra.ie, EVOKE.ie, and MailOnline. In addition, a campaign will run on both national and local radio. A separate point-of-sale campaign with retailers will also be rolled out.

Tubridy’s first column will appear on January 14th.
