Reach Seeks Brands for its First Live Gift Show

Reach is looking to partner with brands for the Gift Show, its first-ever live, interactive Christmas shopping event which takes place next month.

Reach has launched ‘The Gift Show’,  an exclusive two-hour livestream special for readers and guests of its RSVP Live, Cork Beo, Irish Mirror and Dublin Live sites that will enable them to choose gifts for the whole family from the comfort of their own sofas.

The event will be hosted by James Patrice, live from the Fota Island Resort in Cork, fully delivered in-house by the Reach team with the opportunity for brands to come on board as title, category and sampling sponsors and be linked with the idea of gifting this Christmas.

Content generated from the show will reach over 1 million Irish people through heavy promotion across Reach’s entire portfolio of sites using social video, native content, display and print to guarantee the show is as influential and joyous as possible.

Reach’s Head of Brand Strategy Alan Curley said: “Now more than ever people are looking to connect in a meaningful and fun way so we’re very excited about the launch of our first-ever interactive Christmas event next month and connecting with our audiences in a brand new way.

“We know from experience that our readers rely on our gift guide recommendations across print and digital but it’s great to be bringing those recommendations directly into our readers front rooms this year.

“The Gift Show will put businesses, big and small, in front of potential customers at a time when they need it most”.
