Taste of Dublin 2017 is nearly upon us. With afternoon and evening sessions lasting 4-5 hours you have lots of time to browse the artisan stalls and sample the food from such amazing restaurants as The Wild Goose, Saba, Klaw, the Green Hen and many more.
Among the culinary heroes who will be cooking up a storm on stage in live demonstrations during the festival are Aoife Noonan (Luna), Gavin McDonagh (Brioche), Jean-Christophe Novelli, Lynda Booth (Dublin Cookery School) and many more.
