Luke Reaper has been appointed as managing director of B&A.
One of the most experienced market research professionals in the industry, he joined the agency in 2008 as deputy managing director. Prior to this he had worked as deputy managing director of TNS while he also spent time at Lansdowne Market Research.
As managing director, he will lead the company into its next phase of growth and development and will work alongside Ian McShane who assumes the role of executive chairman who will continue to manage his portfolio of existing clients.
