Sandra Alvarez has been appointed as deputy managing director of media agency PHD.
She has been with the agency since its formation eight years ago, having previously worked for sister agency OMD. In 2010 she was awarded the Rising Star Award at the annual Media Awards and last year she collected the Grand Prix at the Award for PDH for its work with Modelez.
