Cawley Nea Wins Green Isle Account

Deidre Waldron, Managing Director of Cawley Nea/TBWA

Cawley Nea\TBWA has picked up the creative account for Green Isle, the largest supplier of branded and own-brand frozen vegetables in Ireland.

It is understood that Irish International, DDFH&B and Atomic were also part of the pitch process. Irish International already works on the Donegal Catch brand.

Green Isle is owned by the Birmingham-based 2 Sisters Food Group, which has 49 manufacturing plants in the UK, Ireland, Holland and Poland. The group acquired the Green  Isle brand when it bought over Northern  Foods in 2011. Other brands within its stable include Goodfella’s Pizza, Donegal Catch, Buxted, Devonshire Red, Fox’s Biscuits and Matthew Walker.

“We delighted to welcome the Green Isle brand to our agency. Green Isle is an iconic Irish brand and the market leader in frozen veg, so we are very excited to be working with such a successful household name and look forward the creative opportunities ahead,” says Deirdre Waldron, managing director of Cawley Nea\TBWA.
