The Marketing Society’s Future Council returns on the Thursday, October 15 at 12.30pm with a lunchtime event called Surviving & Thriving: Marketing Lessons from Past Recessions.
On hand will be a panel of three experts, which will be announced over the next week, who will share their views on what is was like working through the last recession and offer tips and guidance to younger members of the marketing community about dealing with the latest economic downturn.
This event will be an interactive panel discussion on Zoom with an opportunity for guests to pose questions to the speaker.

The Future Council is made up of several volunteer members at pivotal stages of their careers in marketing and communications and aims to provide thought leadership and networking opportunities for marketers in the first five years of their careers.
The Marketing Society Future Council comprises of eight marketing professionals including Jay Reid (Core) Sushmita Bista (Mindshare), Gráinne MacNeice (OMD Ireland), Fiona Lawlor (Core Research), Tara O’Neill (Carat), Lisa McEneaney (Bord Gáis Energy) Morgan Horn (Flynn O’Driscoll Business Lawyers) and Rachit Tibrewala (Electric Ireland).
