The Dublin arm of full-service creative agency, Connelly Partners, has recently won a number of high-profile accounts, including 123.ie.

Following a three-round competitive pitch, Connelly Partners is delighted to welcome 123.ie into the fold. Commenting on the win, Head of Marketing and Communications for 123.ie, Elaine Knowles, said, “The full suite of capabilities that Connelly Partners offers, along with the agency’s international perspective, fresh approach and creative excellence gave their team the edge in what was a very competitive pitch process. 123.ie sought an agency that would push the boundaries in terms of creative execution, and shake up the insurance market in Ireland. We have ambitious plans for growth, and are excited to work with Connelly Partners in Dublin and Boston to achieve our goals.”

Connelly Partners, which was established initially in Boston and operates there with a team of 150, has been quietly growing its base in Ireland following the opening of its Dublin office two years ago. The cross-Atlantic team brings diverse creative and strategic thinking to brands at home and abroad. Connelly Partners is a “people” agency, guided by its Defiantly Human ethos that celebrates the illogic in all of us and trusts instinct over algorithm.

Commenting on the new partnership, Connelly Partners’ president, Steve Connelly, said, “123.ie is a dream client for us, and a defining opportunity. Smart, savvy people who don’t just know what great work is, they demand it. We are beyond excited to work with them.”

The 123.ie win comes on the heels of continued agency growth and new business wins. Connelly Partners is handling all U.S. and European market creative for Irish-owned Totum Sport, the sports Performance and Recovery Hydration solution used by a wide range of some of the world’s leading athletes including Rafael Nadal, the Atlanta Falcons and the All Ireland Champions Tipperary, hurling team. Ian Mallon who heads up Cellnutrition Sport Ltd., said of working with Connelly Partners: “We at Totum Sport wanted a ‘Creative co-conspirator who could give us the attitude and voice that our products deserved. The only one creative agency which managed to nail that was Connelly Partners, who I believe are the ultimate brand-builders through a confident, loud, and disruptive attitude. Most importantly of all, we feel comfortable with CP and we feel that they get us, and our business.”

The agency is handling creative strategy, social, and digital for HRH, an exclusive bespoke jewellery design house from the south of France, with exciting new challenger brands that will be launching on the Irish market in January 2020.
