Real Nation Appoints Emma Ross As Chief Operating Officer

Real Nation, the Dublin-based experiential and events agency has appointed Emma Ross as its chief operating officer (COO). Ross joins Real Nation with over 14 years’ experience across the marketing industry including stints at Runway Marketing, Pluto and Verve.

“I am delighted to take up this new role as COO with Real Nation. I am excited to drive the agency forward to the next stage in its development. At our heart is behavior change and delivering this for clients whether through bespoke educational projects, large scale events or on trade brand activations. The team in the agency brings together a unique mix of expertise from client service to design to event production specialists to psychologists and consumer insights. It’s this unique mix that makes us special and I look forward to exploring the potential for future growth and delivering more for our clients,” she says.

Established in 2000 by Aidine Calvert, Real Nation employs 50 staff and works with clients like AIB, Heineken, Laya Healthcare and ESB.
