Independent News & Media (INM) has teamed up with the Dublin-based data-driven creative agency Epsilon to roll out a new email platform for its customer communications.
The move will see INM use Epsilon’s Agility Harmony, a platform that was awarded the highest score in a recent Forrester WaveTM report. The platform will allow INM to deliver highly personalised messaging to its readers. Epsilon will also provide digital consultancy to support the group’s use of the tool.
Epsilon Dublin’s roster of clients also includes Google, Dell and Jaguar Land Rover. The agency serves as the European creative hub for many global clients, as well as servicing a number of new and long standing Irish brands.
The agency has also announced a new management team that includes Ann McDermott as Ireland’s Country Lead, James Dunne, Planning Director who joined from In the Company of Huskies earlier this year and Executive Creative Director Mark Fiddes (previously ECD at DraftFCB).
“Epsilon Dublin has made some changes.
