The move will see INM use Epsilon’s Agility Harmony, a platform that was awarded the highest score in a recent Forrester WaveTM report. The platform will allow INM to deliver highly personalised messaging to its readers. Epsilon will also provide digital consultancy to support the group’s use of the tool.
Epsilon Dublin’s roster of clients also includes Google, Dell and Jaguar Land Rover. The agency serves as the European creative hub for many global clients, as well as servicing a number of new and long standing Irish brands.
The agency has also announced a new management team that includes Ann McDermott as Ireland’s Country Lead, James Dunne, Planning Director who joined from In the Company of Huskies earlier this year and Executive Creative Director Mark Fiddes (previously ECD at DraftFCB).

We are now actively planning to capitalise on our unique position in the Irish market place, our focus will be on clients and how we can best enable them to define, grow and innovate their business. We are a different breed of creative agency and we intend to demonstrate that in the best way that we know how – successful new clients,” says Ann McDermott.
Epsilon Dublin is based on Lower Pembroke Street and has 73 employees, including a creative department of 33.
