The Dublin-based creative agency Boys and Girls has joined Interpartners Communications, a global network of independent communications businesses around the world.

With combined billings in excess of €620m and with 715 staff serving 870 clients in the whole of Europe, the United States, Mexico Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East, Interpartners Communications has 26 agencies as part of the network.

According to Patrick Meade, managing partner of Boys and Girls, “increasingly, clients want to extend work we’ve created in the Irish market into wider European or global market. While that’s a nice challenge to have, there are naturally cultural, language and market specific idiosyncrasies that need to be taken into consideration. Joining Interpartners Communications as the only Irish agency to be invited to do so provides us with access to network experts who both face – and successfully resolve – similar challenges.

The network is registered in Brussels and the partners jointly finance a co-ordination unit which provides them and their clients with tailored multi-market back-up intelligence and implementation tools.

With a philosophy of “Daring Simplicity”, Boys and Girls now employs 43 staff and has a portfolio of blue chip clients including Three Mobile, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, Nissan, Topaz, Danone, Dulux, RaboDirect, Digicel and has recently added Britvic, Insurance Ireland and Brown Thomas to its client roster.
