Aiden O’Bryne, DoneDeal
Aiden “Bosco” O’Byrne has joined Ireland’s largest online classifieds business, DoneDeal. O’Byrne was formerly strategy and sales director with Electric Media and will now spearhead DoneDeal’s commercial partnership strategy.
He will continue to work in conjunction with Electric Media, which handles online advertisings sales for the business, to deliver branding and performance solutions for its Tier 1 agency clients while he will also open new dialogue with UK agencies and expand DoneDeal’s relationships & partnerships in the auto vertical. O’Byrne has over 25 years’ experience in commercial negotiation in both the print and digital industries.

DoneDeal is Ireland’s largest and most successful online classified adverts website and according to the company it claims that it is four times as big as its nearest competitor. On average, 140,000 new items are advertised each month, with products ranging from art and antiques, right through to video games and vehicles. The site currently has over 230,000 adverts active on the website. Founded in 2005 by Fred and Geraldine Karlsson, the business has steadily grown and claims up to 500,000 visitors to its website each day.
