Parkside by Lidl is to sponsor Virgin Media Television’s new series ‘The Salvage Squad’ which will be first broadcast this Sunday on Virgin Media One at 8pm.
In the show, host Brian Dowling and his squad of sustainable interior designers, up-cyclers and tradespeople will be on a mission to transform Ireland’s tired old rooms into trendy spaces fit for modern living. The challenge is they must only use second hand, free-cycled, salvaged, up-cycled, homemade or pre-used furniture, materials and accessories to create dream rooms in just three days. Each team will be allowed a maximum spend of €1,000 and there will be two room transformations per episode.
Parkside by Lidl, the retailer’s brand of tools, will be featured throughout the show.
