An Post Issues Call for Ireland’s Smartest Marketing Ideas

An Post has issued a call for entries for its annual Smart Marketing Awards which are now in their 15th year.

This year’s awards will take place in the Mansion House on Thursday, May 30th and the closing dates for entries is Friday, April 5th.

An expert panel of judges has been assembled to judge the awards and it includes, Anna Doyle,Board Director, Starcom; Aislinn O’Connor, Head of Brand and Marketing, Three; Ray Sheerin,  Managing Director, Chemistry; Gerard O’Neill, Chairman, Amárach Research; Lisa Nicole Dunne, CEO, CMRF; Lou Bennett,  Marketing Director, Benefit Cosmetics; Charley Stoney, CEO, IAPI; Colin Lewis, CMO, Open Jaw Technologies; Dawn Bailey, Head of Banking for Seniors & Vulnerable Customers at Bank of Ireland and Alex Gibson, Assistant Head of School, School of Marketing, Technological University Dublin

“The An Post Smart Marketing Awards are an ideal opportunity for marketing teams across all disciplines, regardless of their budget, to showcase their most innovative, intelligent and creative work from 2018. We have refreshed this year’s awards based on feedback from the industry and have developed new categories and a new online entry system to make it as easy as possible to enter,” says Eibhin Eviston, Mail Media Manager in An Post.

As part of the build-up to the awards, An Post is holding a workshop on Tuesday March 12 in the Alex Hotel where attendees will learn how to write a winning entry from speaker Leanne Papaioannou, a two-time Grand Prix Award winner. Spaces are limited and to book a place email post.media@anpost.ie
