Radical Makes Several Key Appointments

New Starts: Darragh Julian, Jay Reid, Kate Larkin, Stuart McInnes, Rachel Ryan, Emma Spicer

Radical, the advertising content agency that is part of Core Media, has made six new senior appointments to the team, bringing the total workforce at the agency to 30.

Amongst the new hires are Kate Larkin who joins the agency as production director, bringing with her over 16 years’ industry experience. Larkin has worked extensively across both the client and agency side in Dublin and London, including stints at Epsilon, Simply Zesty and OgilvyOne in London. Her earlier career saw her working in marketing communications roles in O2, eircom and BskyB. She

has produced content and campaigns for a wide range of global and local brands such as Vodafone, BT, Jaguar Land Rover, Oracle, PWC, FM104, Energia, EY and Tourism Ireland.

Meanwhile, Jay Reid joins the agency as senior strategy planner, having previously worked with Chemistry and Brando. Elsewhere, Emma Spicer has joined Radical as senior client service manager. She also joins from Chemistry where she worked on a range of accounts and campaigns for Lidl, BMW Ireland, Irish Examiner, Irish Life, Tesco Mobile, Danone, Kerry Foods, Club Orange and Irish Blood Transfusion.

Radical has also made three senior appointments including Daragh Julian to the position of senior art director; Stuart McInnes as senior media and analytics manager and Rachel Ryan who joins the agency as senior media and analytics manager Other recent appointments at the agency include Ali Doran as client service manager and Dairiona Ryan as client service associate.

The appointments follow the recent announcement that RADICAL won two awards at the 2017 Global Content Marketing Awards. The company beat competition from across the world to win the ‘Best Content Marketing Programme in Technology’ for client Tech/Life Ireland which positions Ireland as the ideal location for top tech talent, and also for the ‘Highest Conversion Response from a Content Programme’ for an initiative with AIB and their ‘MyBusinessToolkit’ service.
