INM Forms New Digital Content Business with ShinAwil

Independent News & Media (INM) has teamed up with Larry Bass and his company ShinAwil to form a new digital-content business called Offscript.

The new joint-venture company will be officially launched in September and will be led by creative director Stephen Courtney who will join it from ShinAwil.

ShinAwil is the production company behind a number of successful TV show like Dragon’s Den, Celebrity Masterchef, Dancing with the Stars, The Voice of Ireland and Home of the Year.

“By offering brands the ability to create broadcast-quality content in a mobile and flexible manner, underpinned by unrivalled distribution and robust digital analytics, Offscript will be uniquely placed to challenge in the current market,” said Mr Pitt.

“We have always been at the cutting edge of television production,” adds Larry Bass. “Taking our storytelling and production expertise to new digital platforms with Ireland’s leading media group, INM, is an exciting development.”
