Publicis Dublin has picked up two account wins following competitive pitches for HSE Quit and Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
The agency has been reappointed to work on the HSE’s Quit programme, having worked with the organisation for several years. Its previous work includes the “Take Back Control” campaign, which won a Gold Effie in 2024.
Following its reappointment under the HSE creative tender framework, Publicis will build on the campaign and its learnings.

The agency has also been appointed by MSF to develop a new creative platform for the international medical humanitarian organisation. Its first work will include MSF’s Winter Appeal Campaign for 2026.
“These wins reflect Publicis Dublin’s ambition to Leave a Mark, creating work that has meaningful and measurable impact in the real world,” said Geraldine Jones, managing director, Publicis Dublin.
Ronan Nulty, executive creative director, Publicis Dublin, said the agency was looking forward to continuing its work with the HSE and developing new work for MSF.
