ALLIANZ LAUNCHES NEW ‘JOURNEYS’ MAGAZINE ON THEJOURNAL.IE

Journal Media has announced the launch of a new weekly magazine that will run throughout the summer as part of Allianz’s ‘We Cover Courage’ campaign.

Running every Monday, the ‘Journeys’ magazine will cover the extraordinary possibilities of road trips around Ireland, celebrate all the places Ireland’s roads can take you and help Irish car owners and families as they plan their summer of exploration.

The summer focused magazine is part of a larger partnership that has been planned by Mediacom Ireland and also features a series of Digital Inserts on TheJournal.ie.

Robert McEvoy, Head of Market Management at Allianz said “At Allianz, we believe that our business is ultimately about enabling acts of courage, whatever they look like – big or small. We want our customers to go out, explore and do – safe in the knowledge that we’ve got their back. We’re delighted with this partnership with Journal Media as it gives us the chance to speak to potential and existing customers and hopefully give them a few ideas as they’re planning their next trip around Ireland. The digital insert will also be launching through 2019 on a monthly basis and allow us to talk to a broad range of readers about our offers and products.

The digital inserts will enable Allianz to showcase their range of products and offers in a tactical way, with maximum flexibility to respond to calendar initiatives and evolving campaign needs throughout the year.”

Journal Media’s Sales Marketing Director Aidan O’Dwyer adds: “Working with Allianz to create this new summer Journeys magazine from scratch has been a really exciting project. As soon as we saw their new brand messaging, we knew there was a great opportunity to connect with our readers and show them how Allianz covers the courage to get in the car and go through relevant, timely and highly engaging content.”
