Eightytwenty Creates Kevin the Carrot Instagram Teaser for Aldi

Aldi Ireland has launched it’s Christmas 2018 campaign with the release of Kevin the Carrot’s Cliff-hanger teaser. The teaser sees Kevin the Carrot return for his third year as Christmas TVC lead but leaves the audience in suspense with a cliff-hanger end as the teaser sees Kevin stuck in a truck dangling on the edge of a cliff.

In support, eightytwenty created an immersive game to bridge the gap between teaser and the conclusion TVC launching on TV today. Utilizing multiple linked Instagram profiles and grid takeovers, the Instagram game allows users to journey through the scenario, interact with the visuals to find clues, until release of the conclusion piece.
