As part of Mondeléz International’s streamlining of its international agency roster, the Irish creative account has been shifted to Fallon in London effectively ending its relationship with Publicis Dublin.
Publicis has handled the account for 12 years and has created some of the brand’s most memorable campaigns, picking up three ADFX Awards in the past two years as well as numerous creative plaudits.
According to Padraig Burns, managing director of Publics Dublin, “Obviously, we’re very disappointed with the news. Not only for ourselves but for the industry here. Cadbury is an iconic brand for which we have done some of our most iconic work. We’d like to thank Cadbury/Mondeléz for their business over the years and we hope to welcome them back some day.”
