Creative agency The Public House has been appointed the lead strategic and creative agency for Jameson’s global St. Patrick’s Day campaign, following a competitive pitch with two London-based advertising agencies. Jameson, the biggest selling Irish whiskey in the world, will run a global campaign co-ordinated in over 40 markets on St. Patrick’s Day. The campaign will encompass activation, experiential, content and digital activity.

“We’re excited at the opportunity to help an iconic Irish brand help the world feel a little more Irish on St. Patrick’s Day,”says Colin Hart, agency founder and creative director.

According to Will McCauley, senior brand manager, Jameson, adds: “The Public House seriously impressed us with their ambition for Jameson, and their understanding of the brand and our challenges is first class”.

The appointment for The Public House continues a winning streak for the growing independent creative agency, following its recent account wins including Topline, EPIC and 123.ie. Other clients of the agency include Irish Distillers, Paddy Power, Just Eat, O’Donnells Crisps and Ryanair.
