Home Campaigns Ad of the Week Ulster Bank – First Five

    Ulster Bank – First Five

Ulster Bank have launched a mortgage campaign advertising their ‘First Five’ Mortgage, with five great benefits for first time buyers. The humorous ad centers on “your mum’s sofa” as a young couple try to put their own stamp on their first home.

Speaking about the ‘First Five’ mortgage campaign, Ulster Bank’s Head of Marketing Tony Boylan said:

“Ulster Bank is committed to providing ‘Help for What Matters’ to customers, and the new mortgage campaign represents a laser focus on precisely what that help looks like. We know from talking to our customers that they want real, tangible support when buying their first home and that’s exactly what the ‘First Five’ features provide. They make the journey to owning a home that bit easier for our customers and are complemented by a team of dedicated mortgage specialists across the country.”

“Our launch campaign for Ulster Bank’s First Five delivers on our simple focus of “Help for what matters” with a media strategy that arrives, assures and attains first time buyers. The campaign is delivered across TV, VOD, Cinema, Radio, Outdoor and Digital. This is the first Ulster Bank digital precision advertising campaign. By integrating data, machine learning and automation in the creative process, we enable Ulster Bank to efficiently deliver more resonant brand experiences to customers with every ad impression. We are making every impression count.”
