The Lowdown:

In its four years Hailo established itself as one of the country’s most loved brands. However, 2016 brought a merger with Europe’s biggest taxi app, mytaxi. With an impending rebrand on the horizon, consumers were going to have to wave goodbye to Hailo.

The marketing team knew that consumers weren’t going to be happy about the change, especially with a brand they held so dearly. So this March, along with creative agency Guns or Knives and media agency Vizeum, they launched a campaign designed to tackle consumer sentiment head-on, put their dismay at ease and have a little fun in the process.
