Boys and Girls Win Animation Award at IDI Irish Design Awards

The creative agency Boys and Girls picked up an award at the IDI Irish Design Awards this week.

The agency came out on top in the Commercial Animation category for its Three Rugby commercial “Butterflies.” It was also highly commended for its work on Mic’s Chilli in the same category and made the shortlist for website design for The Sound of 1916.

The IDI Irish Design Awards were set up to recognise, celebrate and promote exemplary design vision in Ireland.

“At Boys and Girls we really believe that great work should be entirely channel neutral, meaning that we work to find the best solution for our client’s business objective – not just blindly answering a brief.  Since we set up the agency, design has been a key aspect of those responses – be it packaging, branding or communications. So we are delighted to be the recognised at the IDI 2016 awards and especially proud to be the only creative agency to win on the night,” says Pat Stephenson of Boys and Girls.
