In a major breakthrough for the online advertising industry in Ireland, new ad spend figures for digital display will be published next week.
The figures will form part of the Nielsen Digital Display ad spend and will go live on Monday. The figures will offer a granular insight into the digital display market by brand, ad spend and agency and follows several years of negotiations with media owners to release the figures. The figures that will be released will cover October 2014. The figures are for display only and do not cover classifieds or search.
The new Digital Display ad spend figures will come from all the major digital publishers and media agencies and they have the support of digital publishers in Ireland as well as industry groups like IAB Ireland, which has been driving the initiative, IAPI and the AAI.
