Core Media Tops RECMA Qualitative Rankings

The international research company, RECMA, has just published its latest qualitative ranking of media agencies in Ireland.

The evaluation is based on 16 assessment criteria in four areas: competitiveness, momentum, resources and client profile.

Out of a total of 71 points awarded to Irish agencies, Core Media came out on top with 35 points, or 49% share. It was followed by Dentsu Aegis on 15 points and Group M on 14 points.

Founded in June 1991, in Paris, RECMA is the only research company that publishes evaluations on the worldwide media agency industry.

According to Alan Cox, CEO of Core Media, “this evaluation looks beyond our scale and media buying strength and examines the vitality of our business and our range of services.  In recent years we have made major investments in digital, data, research and recruitment.  Recently, we became the first advertising firm in Ireland to set up an in-house econometric division.
