Outset Rolls Out New Virtual Campaign for Savills Ireland

Outset Agency has launched a new campaign which was created in collaboration with its client Savills Ireland.

Called “Savills Live”, the campaign involved the design, build and launch of a new website for prospective new home buyers to allow them to both view and purchase property online. The campaign was primarily supported by paid social, search and display also managed by the team at Outset.

The new Savills LIVE (virtual.savills.ie) website features various new home developments and allows prospective buyers to explore every corner of the properties (virtually), through Matterport 3D technology.

A live chat and smart call scheduling feature allows buyers to ask questions and engage directly with Savills agents as they would do if they were attending an in person viewing on their own terms. Transactions can also be facilitated with the website’s “Click to Purchase” feature, which enables buyers – and solicitors – to sign contracts electronically.

In addition,  guided virtual viewings allow prospective house hunters to be given a private 1:1 virtual viewing via video call.

David Browne, Director of New Homes at Savills Ireland, said that nothing beats viewing a property in person, but with COVID-19 restrictions in place, its virtual viewing platform is the next best option. “Over the past 14 days, our team has focused heavily on creating a quality platform that is more than just a marketing gimmick, and I believe we have achieved that. Through this platform, prospective new home buyers will be able to obtain all the information they need to make an informed decision,” Mr Browne said.

Mark Jacobs, a founding partner of Outset added “We are delighted to see the success of the campaign to date and the willingness of Savills to adopt new technologies whilst realigning their business strategy to best serve their clients during this period. The Savills team have embraced the idea and were a key part to making the campaign a success. We managed to turn concept to campaign in as little as 2 weeks which is a testament to the team involved.”
