In the week that Facebook made a major jobs announcement – with plans to create an additional 1,500 jobs in Ireland – the marketing communications group Core hosted a Lean In event on Monday January 21st featuring Facebook’s COO, Sheryl Sandberg in conversation with Nuala Murphy from Lean In Belfast.
Over 200 Lean In members from around the country were in attendance at the event. The event coincided with Diversity and Inclusion month in Core, which is spearheaded by Jill Downey, Managing Director of Core Sponsorship and Fiona Field, Deputy Managing Director at Mediaworks.
