Vizeum Creates Unique Online Campaign to Promote New Jameson Whiskey Variant

jamesonVizeum Ireland has launched a new campaign to promote Jameson’s Caskmates, a new Irish whiskey variant that has been aged in craft stout barrels.

As part of the campaign, called Webmates, Vizeum has created a new site called LovinThe42 which brings together food, drink and sports content from two unrelated websites LovinDublin and The42, the latter which is published by Journal Media.

In what is reckoned to be a media first in Ireland, the new site, ‘LovinThe42’ features editorial content created by the editors of both sites working side by side, and will be running throughout the length of the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament.

Commenting on the campaign, Aisling Tobin, Jameson’s Brand Manager said “what makes the Webmates idea brilliant is how the pairing of a lifestyle and sporting publication promotes the idea of the Caskmates product to deliver a great quality site to an audience hungry for rich content.”
