As news of Storm Lorenzo gripped the nation this week, BBDO Dublin and its client Pedigree Ireland, the dogfood brand, decided that not only humans needed to be comforted but dogs also need reassurance and comforting during a storm.
With this in mind they created a Spotify playlist for people with dogs that get jumpy and nervous during bad weather. Called “Lullabies for Lorenzo” – the playlist contains a range of soothing tunes and lullabies to help keep dogs calm, including Dog Sleeping Music, Piano Music for Dog Meditation and Anti-Stress Sounds for Dogs
No sooner had the agency created the playlist was welcomed by dog owners all over Ireland with many posting images on social media of their calm pets as the stressful sounds of the storm outside were masked by the carefully chosen peaceful tracks.
