IPG Mediabrands has appointed Rachel Hynes as general manager.
In her new role, she will work closely with managing director Eamon Fitzpatrick to provide vision and direction to a business with ambitious development plans in the next few years. She will also focus on enhancing even further, IPG Mediabrands core strengths in client servicing and product offering while delivering bespoke media solutions for a roster that includes Tesco, Zurich Insurance, Johnson & Johnson, Rabo Direct, Valeo Foods and the National Dairy Council.
With 15 years’ experience in media, she began her career with Media Audits before moving to Initiative where she was heavily involved in the Guinness Rugby Experiential platform and in the overseeing of Arthur’s Day, for which she won a number of awards, both at local and international level. Rachel has also worked on numerous International brands across many sectors including FMCG, retail, banking and airlines.
