THINKHOUSE founder and Head of Creative Innovation Jane McDaid has been named in PRovoke Media’s Innovator 25 EMEA 2026 rankings, which recognises communications professionals across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Now in its 11th year in EMEA, the annual list highlights individuals challenging established thinking and developing new approaches to communications. McDaid is the only Irish business leader included in the list. Other honourees include Emma Richards of Tencent, Ishtar Schneider of Royal Canin and Lorenzo Petracco of Burson.
McDaid’s work at THINKHOUSE includes establishing The Youth Lab, the agency’s cultural research unit, and developing approaches that combine cultural insights, creative strategy and technology.
“It’s lovely to be included alongside people who are pushing our industry forward,” McDaid said.
“At THINKHOUSE, we’ve always believed that the best work comes from powerful insights, brilliant cultural strategy and innovation through creative technology. This recognition is really a reflection of the people I get to work with every day — the ones who are as passionate as I am about growing brands through ideas that travel.”
The recognition comes as THINKHOUSE prepares to announce leadership and senior appointments across social, digital and AI, strategy, creator and PR as part of its investment in future growth.
