Journal Media has launched a new Careers Magazine on its flagship news site TheJournal.ie, in partnership with online recruitment platform Jobbio.

The monthly Jobbio Careers Magazine will be a one-stop resource for digital natives looking to move ahead in their careers. It will feature in-depth reporting on the real growth areas for opportunities, alongside career insights from industry insiders and expert advice on the entire ‘job journey’ – from landing the interview, to succeeding in the workplace.

Each issue will take a fresh look at one key industry or theme – from Ireland’s ever-expanding tech world, to the impact of diversity and future ways of working.

Michael Freeman, creative commercial director with Journal Media, said: “A lot of the career advice out there is too general to be really helpful. By taking a hard look at what’s actually happening in specific areas of the Irish jobs market – and combining this with expert advice – we’re aiming to change that. “By partnering with Jobbio, we can add a layer of insight into the recruitment process that is genuinely useful to our readers.”

Stephen Quinn, CEO at Jobbio said “As a knowledge leader in careers and hiring, we’re excited to be launching the Jobbio careers magazine in partnership with The Journal.ie. There’s a strong synergy between both our brands, so it’s a great opportunity to join forces and bring careers and hiring advice to TheJournal.ie community.”

The Jobbio Careers Magazine will be supported by a significant media campaign, using the advanced targeting capabilities across the Journal Media/Distilled SCH network to reach key audiences at scale with Jobbio messaging.
