Oliver Ireland delivers service campaign for Ryanair
Ryanair launched its new spring campaign last month. Filmed at Dublin Airport and city centre, the television commercial tells the story of the improved customer experience including booking and inflight, under the “Always Getting Better” programme.
Ryanair is Europe’s number one airline carrying 130 million customers annually, with a choice of over 200 destinations and a friendly in-flight service, all on the lowest fares. The TVC primarily features a family and business customer throughout their Ryanair experience from booking to inflight.
The TVC highlights the customer service improvements under the AGB (Always Getting Better) programme, and focuses on three key areas of the Ryanair experience: simple booking, improved service and the lowest fares in Europe.
