Irish Times and MediaCom to Present Report Finding to Munster Audience

The Irish Times Media Solutions and MediaCom Ireland are taking their Marketing Insights Breakfast on the road to Cork next week to present the findings to a Munster-focused Marketing Leaders breakfast in the River Lee Hotel on Thursday, March 2nd.

Attendees will hear from MediaCom Ireland CEO Peter Mc Partlin, as well as Littlewoods Ireland Chief Geoff Scully, Barry’s Tea Head of Marketing Camille O’Flanagan and Laya Healthcare’s Marketing Manager Kevin Kent.  Irish Times Magazine Editor Rachel Collins will also host a discussion with Irish Times Analytics Manager Cliona Mooney on what makes great content, and the role analytics plays.

The findings of the recent MediaCom/Irish Times marketing investment report will also be discussed. This revealed that over one third of companies in Ireland are planning to increase their spend on marketing in the year ahead. Of  these, 79% plan to invest in their website or ecommerce and 49% plan to invest more in advertising.
