The Lowdown:
To celebrate their first birthday, Belfast Live launched a brand new news app, and AV Browne helped them to spread their ‘Appy Birthday news with a very special Adshel campaign.
Special build and static sites were customised with NFC technology so users simply tapped their phone on the site to instantly download the new app – both on Android and on IOS operating systems. Adshels popped up all around Belfast, showcasing some of the contents found in the app. From Breaking News for Belfast and beyond, top Belfast events, Restaurants and even Traffic updates, the Belfast Live app is completely customisable and allows users to select news that interests them.
